So I know I haven't updated anything on DA recently, but I just thought I would add in a new journal to let everyone know where I've been, what I'm doing and my college plans.

I am more or less settled in NM where I am living out the rest of this year, but sadly the movers lost two of my boxes which held cosplay stuff and broke another few of my boxes that held personal items and other things. I am working on replacing the costumes and trying to fix others. But I am a senior and right now my main focus is on college apps They take forever to fill out. I also don't really know anyone who is into cosplay in general in NM, I do visit Arizona a bit but my friend there has college too and we won't get to be silly for a bit. Unless I find some people I am fond of to do cosplay or just photos with then I will probably work on just fixing and finishing my costumes to the best of my ability.

That means I will finally finish my Reborn skirt properly, Lulu from Final Fantasy, my Steampunk lolita dress and some others that I really haven't gotten to show off I am really excited to have some time.

A bit of news on college then. I AM excited. I really am. I have sent applications out to a few colleges both main Oregon colleges, two in Washington and two in California. I am a bit conflicted about where to go after I hear back, but I do expect it to be Oregon, that is where my brother is and I don't know anyone at the other colleges. I figure Oregon is pretty central in that I can drive to visit my California friends and go visit Seattle if I'd like as well. I also have Oregon State headphones now and I think they are quite awesome.... And having my older brother there would be really nice, he is into cosplay as well and has some friends who are great <3

And I guess just a short update on me personally. I just attended the Balloon Fiesta which is the world's most photographed event, and honestly if you ever go there you may see why. There are hot air balloons of every shape and size. Even Darth Vader, a flying pig and a stage coach. I have some photos and video that I will be uploading, probably the photos to here and my video to my youtube vlog account. My homecoming is on Saturday the 16th, I may take the time to take some glamor photos for the fun of it but you can also expect a video of that should you follow me on youtube. I have always been into anything with cameras, filming or photos so while I am sad to not shoot my friends anymore hopefully I will get back into that during college. Until then I will try and figure out how to film myself, my arm is too short for the required zoom on my video camera... And just because I am so excited, I am getting a new Mac for graduation! I am paying part of it but am still really really excited, I will be a dork and spend a week or two trying to dual process it with windows...
